Niki Saghari, an Iranian multidisciplinary artist now based in Canada, holds a bachelor's degree in Photography from Tehran University of Art and an MFA from the University of Manitoba. Her diverse body of work spans photography, performance, video, sound, and installations. Saghari has showcased her art globally, participating in group and solo exhibitions in Iran and Canada. She has also performed in various venues in Iran, France, Canada, and Greece.
Her art explores themes of human experiences, migration, identity, and the passage of time. Through her creations, Saghari aims to challenge conventional perceptions and bridge cultural divides by delving into the shared emotions and experiences that connect us all. Central to her artistic vision is an exploration of human relationships and the transient beauty inherent in existence. Her work invites viewers to reflect on themes of displacement and belonging, fostering empathy and interconnectedness among diverse audiences.
