We often accumulate tools and possessions that we no longer use, yet retain them for years due to sentimental attachment or the hope of future utility. In "Remembrance", cars are an example of those possessions of people. In Tehran, it's common to see numerous vehicles parked along the streets, clearly abandoned for extended periods. Behind these abandoned cars lies a story. Perhaps their owners harbor a deep attachment to them, clinging to the hope of one day reviving them. This photo series captures the essence of these forgotten vehicles, featuring close-up shots of their weathered, rusty bodies. Additionally, I embarked on a quest to uncover their histories, seeking out their owners and probing into why these cars have been left neglected for so long.
